Jetway's Terms & Conditions

Jetway is an online betting platform offering Sports Betting, live betting, and related services to users in Bangladesh and South Asia. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Jetway and its members.

1.1 Definitions

"Jetway", "we", and "us" refer to the Jetway platform and its operating entity. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any person who has created an account on or is using the Jetway platform.

1.2 Changes to Terms

Jetway reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1.3 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by international online gaming laws and the regulations of Jetway's licensing authority. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable international regulations.

To open an account and use Jetway's betting services, certain eligibility requirements must be met. Details are outlined below.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Jetway. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited. Jetway may request proof of identity at any time to verify a member's age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is created using false or fabricated details, Jetway reserves the right to close that account at any time. Should any of your details change, please update them via your account settings.

2.4 Password & Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Jetway support immediately.

3.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, Jetway may cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If a match is cancelled or suspended
• If accused of influencing the outcome of an event
• Member involvement in fraudulent activity

3.2 Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit applies to each market and event. These limits may change from time to time and are clearly shown on every bet slip. Special limits apply for High Roller members.

3.3 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If odds change due to network delay, the updated odds will be shown to you and your confirmation will be required.

3.4 Cash Out

The Cash Out option is available on selected events. It lets you take out a portion of your winnings before the match ends. The Cash Out value varies depending on current market conditions.

4.1 Deposit Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Full account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit. Each withdrawal request is processed within 12–48 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

For large withdrawals (over BDT 50,000), proof of identity and transaction verification may be required. This is to prevent money laundering and ensure member security.

4.4 Transaction Fees

Jetway generally does not charge deposit fees, though the payment gateway may apply its own charges. A processing fee of up to 2% may apply to withdrawals and will be clearly shown before each transaction.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Specific wagering conditions must be met to use this bonus. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager them a specified number of times. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of BDT 10,000 in bets. Only bets with odds of 1.5 or higher count toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, using a family member's account, or any other fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

Jetway believes betting should be a form of entertainment. We strictly follow responsible betting policies to protect our members.

6.1 Self-Regulation Tools

• Set Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits
• Set bet limits
• Set a session time limit
• Take a temporary break (cooling-off period)
• Use self-exclusion for an extended break

6.2 Signs of Problem Betting

If you notice that betting is negatively affecting your daily life, family, or finances — seek help immediately. Jetway's support team can connect you with the right resources.

6.3 Protection of Minors

If your device is accessible to children, use parental control software. Always log out of your Jetway account when you're done.

Jetway may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in
• Evidence of Fraudulent or Dishonest Activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Use of a False Identity
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system
• Suspicion of Money Laundering
• Harassing or abusing the support team

7.1 Account Closure Request

You can request to close your account at any time. The account will be closed within 24 hours of your request, and any remaining balance will be refunded subject to verification.

Protecting your personal information is one of Jetway's top priorities. We never sell your data to third parties.

8.1 Data Collection

8.2 Cookie Policy

Jetway is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Third-party payment gateway errors
• Unauthorized access to a member's account information
• Unexpected server maintenance interruptions
• Financial losses from betting — betting is inherently a risk

9.1 Force Majeure

Jetway will not be held responsible for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

If a dispute arises, please contact Jetway's support team first. We take every complaint seriously and will provide an initial response within 72 hours.

10.1 Complaint Submission Process

2. Attach the relevant bet ID, transaction number, and screenshots
3. Expect a response from us within 72 hours
4. If unsatisfied with the resolution, escalate to a higher authority

10.2 Final Decision

Jetway's compliance team's decision shall be final in all disputes. Any party unsatisfied with the decision may appeal to Jetway's licensing authority.
